Immigration Permits & Nationalisation

Following the amendment of the Constitution of Zambia in 2016, our laws currently permit citizens to obtain dual nationality after decades of independence. Owing to the diverse citizenships that Zambians have adopted over the years across the globe under the previous Constitution, we at MLP take this shift in the law as a step in the right direction.

Once approached with a matter bordering on obtaining citizenship in Zambia, our dedicated team will take time to analyse your individual set of facts before we render our advice.
